If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure the item is in the same condition as you received it, with all tags and in its original packaging.
We don't accept cancellations, but if you have any issues with your order, please contact us at support@wallpaperpeel.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that we can't accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalised orders, items on sale, or items that are not in the same condition as you received them.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you receive the wrong item, as a proof we need an unboxing video of the parcel if you suspect the packaging is damaged make a video while opening the parcel otherwise return or exchange wont be accepted. please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Wallpaper samples cannot be returned for a refund because they are samples.
The parcel needs to be sent to the address provided by the support for returns which depends upon where the parcel comes from. Customer is responsible for a trackable return paid by themselves in any scenario minus a 3% restocking fee.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and the item should be sent back trackable. Once we receive your order back and it has been checked which usually take 5 to 7 working days after which you shall receive a refund confirmation email.
